India Shipping and Delivery Policy

How Aora India packs, dispatches, tracks, and handles delivery issues for India orders.

These policies are written for launch readiness, but they do not replace advice from qualified legal, regulatory, tax, privacy, or product compliance counsel.

Where we ship

We ship India orders to serviceable pin codes through our logistics partners. Some locations may be unavailable because of courier coverage, local restrictions, product restrictions, weather, strikes, or operational issues.

If your pin code is not serviceable after payment, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Dispatch and delivery timelines

Most in-stock orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery is usually 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier network.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If a delay occurs, we will share tracking updates where available. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will cancel and refund the undelivered item.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Shipping charges, COD charges, and free-shipping thresholds are shown before checkout. Promotional free shipping may apply only to selected products, pin codes, order values, or campaigns.

Receiving your parcel

Please inspect the parcel before opening where possible. If the outer box is visibly damaged, leaking, tampered with, or missing items, take photos or a short unboxing video and contact care@aoravitalis.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Do not accept a parcel that appears opened or unsafe. If a courier marks an order delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.

Failed delivery and return to origin

Couriers may attempt delivery more than once, depending on local practice. Orders may return to us if the address is incomplete, the phone is unreachable, delivery is refused, COD payment is not made, or the courier cannot access the location.

For prepaid orders returned to origin, we may refund the product value after deducting actual forward and return shipping costs where permitted, unless the failure was caused by Aora or the courier.
