India Terms of Sale and Website Use

The agreement that applies when you browse, create an account, buy Aora products, use rewards, or contact support from the India storefront.

Who you are buying from

The India storefront is operated by Aora India Private Limited. Our registered office is Aora India Private Limited, Kumara Vijayam, A-1, 187 Royapettah High Road, Mylapore, Chennai 600004, Tamil Nadu, India.

These terms apply to orders placed for delivery within India, visits to the India pages of https://aoravitalis.com, customer accounts, promotions, Aora Coins, subscriptions, and any customer support interaction connected to an India order.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy Aora nutraceutical products. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens through your account.

Please keep your shipping address, phone number, email address, allergies, dietary preferences, and order instructions accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order if the information appears incomplete, fraudulent, or unsafe to fulfil.

Product information and wellness use

Aora sells food, health supplement, nutraceutical, and wellness products. Product pages are written for general information and routine support. They are not medical advice and should not be read as a promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always read the product label, ingredient list, allergen information, usage directions, warnings, batch details, and expiry date before use. Speak with a qualified clinician before using any supplement if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, taking medication, managing a medical condition, preparing for surgery, or reviewing abnormal lab results.

Orders, acceptance, and availability

Placing an order means you are making an offer to buy. We accept the order only when payment is confirmed and the order is dispatched or otherwise confirmed by us.

Products may be limited by batch availability, serviceable pin codes, courier restrictions, payment screening, or compliance review. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel the unavailable item and refund the amount paid for it.

Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include or exclude taxes as displayed at checkout. Shipping fees, discounts, COD charges, and any other order-level charges are shown before you pay.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, or another supported provider. We do not store full card numbers. Payment approval by a gateway does not require us to ship a product that is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted, or suspected of misuse.

Fair use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, scrape content, attack the service, interfere with checkout, create fake accounts, abuse promotions, submit false claims, resell products without written permission, or use Aora content in a misleading way.

We may suspend accounts, cancel orders, reverse rewards, or refuse service where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, resale activity, payment risk, harassment, or a breach of these terms.

Limits of responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but ecommerce systems can have errors, interruptions, inventory mismatches, image differences, courier delays, or typographical mistakes.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Aora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law and disputes

These India terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer forums with lawful jurisdiction may hear eligible disputes. Before filing a claim, please contact care@aoravitalis.com so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
