United States Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy
How Aora handles damaged, wrong, missing, expired, defective, unopened, or undeliverable US orders.

Consumable product integrity
Dietary supplements are consumable products. For safety and quality reasons, opened, used, unsealed, tampered, or improperly stored products are generally not returnable.
Eligible cases
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is wrong, missing, damaged, leaking, expired, has a broken seal before first use, or appears unsafe. Include your order number, photos, lot number, and a short description.
Unopened returns
Where permitted and approved by us, unopened products in original condition may be returnable within the return window shown at checkout or in order communications. Return shipping may be deducted unless the issue was caused by Aora.
Usually not eligible
We usually cannot refund opened products, taste or texture preferences, individual result expectations, customer ordering mistakes, wrong addresses, refused delivery, or reports made after the product has been outside our control for too long.
Resolution options
Approved cases may be resolved through replacement, missing-item dispatch, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.
