India Cancellation Policy

When an India order can be cancelled, how to request cancellation, and what happens after dispatch.

These policies are written for launch readiness, but they do not replace advice from qualified legal, regulatory, tax, privacy, or product compliance counsel.

Cancellation before dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched by emailing care@aoravitalis.com. If the order has not entered fulfilment, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

After dispatch

Once a nutraceutical or consumable product is dispatched, cancellation may not be available because the parcel has entered the courier network and product integrity must be protected.

If you no longer want the order after dispatch, wait for delivery and contact us. Returns are limited under the India Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy.

When Aora may cancel

We may cancel an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, the address is not serviceable, the order appears fraudulent, a price or listing error occurred, product use may be unsafe, or the order breaches our terms.

If we cancel after successful payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank, UPI, wallet, and card settlement timelines depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.
